We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
Need to Cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your set appointment, and we’ll do our best to reschedule you as soon as possible. We are typically booked 4-6 weeks in advance, so please know we may not have availability any sooner.

We love all of our clients, and we want to make sure everyone feels safe within the salon. While we despise COVID-19, we respect it and have implemented necessary safety and cleaning measures to ensure the health of ourselves and our clients. We ask that anyone who is not feeling well, or anyone who has been exposed to someone who is ill please reschedule their appointment. We vow to do the same, and know that we are all trying our best!
